Super phone Google Start Fuss, User Confusion

'Super phone' Google, Nexus One, had just thrown into the market. Apparently not a few consumers who have problems with Nexus One, but they were puzzled to find help. As is known, Google made a breakthrough to sell itself Nexus One, in addition to bundling options with your T-Mobile. This method differs from most other phones in the U.S. that only dilego bundling system. But this brings its own problems when the phone is impaired.

Usually if the cell phone problem, the user simply complain to the operator. But in the case of Nexus One, users directly report to Google. The problem, as quoted in Computerworld, Monday (1/11/2010), Google seems less preparation, does not even have adequate customer support.

Google seems to only accept complaints in e-mail and consumer response is too long to complain. Some people ask for help operators T-Mobile and Google's partners in making the Nexus One, HTC. But the company's responsibilities throwing each other so that consumers upset.
